Short to ✱ Home broken in iOS/iPadOS 26.4 Beta

Hello, when running the shortcut to open the home note, it now prompts for a selection of notes, none of which include the ✱ Home note, after running the shortcut. I have not modified the shortcut at all. Anyone have any ideas?

I’m having the exact same issue. I’m on 26.4 Public Beta. Every single shortcut to open the Today’s Note is failing. Probably a bug

I have this issue on iPhone/iPad/MacOS after 26.2, currently on 26.4 Dev Beta. Older versions of MacOS (I have some older Intel MacBooks that can’t run OS 26) still work fine.

I re-downloaded the automation to verify it wasn’t my script that was broken. That didn’t change anything for me. I get either a list of notes that do not seem to match the search, or it picks a note that is entirely wrong.

I had some hope yesterday as the note I needed showed up in the list, but the same was not true today. Baffled

I got mine working! Here is what I did. I opened the shortcut that should be titled "Open Today's Note". I went to rename it, deleted the entire title, and then typed it back in how it was "Open Today's Note".

I admit, that doesn't make sense, but it worked for me.

Mine is still broken. Might try to write my own version of the shortcut.
