I saked a wery smart friad about that and her is the answer:
Yes, I understand. You don't want it to append the new data to the bottom of the note, you want it inserted into the correct list within the note.
Unfortunately it would be nearly impossible to do that, because you would need to create a new note with all of the same formatting and delete the original note once you have made the edits. But when you pull a note into the shortcuts app, it changes all of its formatting.
This means that this new shortcut will need to:
Be able to pull the text from the note.
Identify each section of the note, so that it can add the new information into the correct section of the note.
Redo all of the formatting that was done with the previous shortcuts.
Save the new note.
Delete the original note.
It would be easier to add those items to the note directly if it's just 1 or 2 things at a time.
