Linked Notes for Person Notes?

Hello there,

I would like to know how you guys orginaze your people notes. I just started as Matthias' in the example but I am stuck. I really like the approach when you create the yearly subtitles and put some events or notes which are related to that year. But what about notes not related to any years. For example medications for my Grandmother, or the research work I did for some water purifications filters which will be a standard thing in her household for now on?

How do you handle these extra notes for a specific person? Do you keep them in the single person note or create separated notes and link them for them (I kinda do this way for now)?

b_benjamin I like your thinking on this. Her medications and her water filter may come up on multiple days or in other contexts. Keeping them in collapsible lists under resources is a great idea. Keeps her person entry neat and orderly.

I do informal IT for a couple who are everywhere in my diaries. I often get phone calls 'What's our WiFi password again?' I've been keeping that information in a file on the Mac's hard disk, now I m the thinking it could go here in a locked note.

That is a really good idea! But be aware that if a note have tags, it cannot be locked. It’s something I discovered recently and do not understand why 🙁
