I have a ✱ Tags note that shows all the ones Matthias listed in the video explainer. The reason is to get an idea of good tags to use and to think about the tags I use and why. I will eventually stop referring to it as I have already slowed down my use of that note.
Where to list tags in note:
I do not think there is a proper way to do it, but I do it in two places depending on the type of tag it is. As he explains it, there's basically 4 types of tags.
For three kinds of the tags on a non-journal note --Object, detail, and Area tags-- I'll put that under the title of the note after my links to other related notes because those tags apply for the whole note. For a Journal note, I'll put the relevant tag under the specific heading or subheading that the tag applies to because I could be doing a lot of different things in a given day and I put everything in a different subheading for easier separation of topics/meetings/ect. that I did that day.
For the other kinds of tags -- Status -- I will put it either on the line of information that informs that tag (particularly #toDo or #done) or right under the line. This applies to both journal notes and non-journal notes.
To go off your example, my similar note would like this:
