F✱N has fit into my existing use of Notes quite seamlessly. There is one particular puzzle I'm trying to work through and would welcome any suggestions. Where I previously used a Daily note to capture meeting information, I discovered that this was not useful when attempting to retrieve information over the long term. In adopting the Forever Notes framework I'm re-thinking how to deal with this scenario. For context my work involves many meetings which broadly fall into three buckets:
- 1:1 discussions with team members which can include personal matters and a range of work related initiatives/projects.
- Meetings about a specific project/initiative, these can be daily stand-ups through to monthly Steering Committee meetings
- Team discussions which can include discussions across a range of initiatives/projects.
What I'm looking for is a mechanism to capture the important points of these meetings and ideally be able to review the notes of each meeting independently and also filter meetings on initiative/project. I'd prefer to avoid creating a new note for each meeting if possible.
