Well. I did a stupid thing. In order to save a bit of space on my iPhone home screen, I shortened the names to my Home, Today's Note, and Current Week Note so the bookmarked shortcuts wouldn't look so cluttered. Apparently this has mess up the shortcut in that the respective shortcuts no longer work. I tried renaming them to their correct name (I think) but even that wouldn't work as I get a Could not Find the Shortcut notice.
