I’ve added two very practical folders to the Forevernote organization.
A folder called ✱reviews. It’s a smart folder: whenever I create a note without a tag, it automatically appears there. This allows me to capture notes, ideas, or copy content throughout the day, and then later review and properly classify each note within the Forevernote system.
A folder called actionencours. It’s simple: it gathers all notes that contain an open action.
A folder called ✱subject. It groups all my notes related to ongoing topics across my various activities and projects. A subject is usually a theme or a line of thinking that matters to me or is a priority for the teams I’m involved with.
