Repaired Shortcuts - Open This Month / This Week's note!

Thanks to @CatarinaDK and others for finding a fix to the "Open today's note" shortcut in light of the recent "find note" bug in apple shortcuts.

However I was struggling to find a fix for the "open monthly / weekly notes" shortcuts. Turns out it's possible - I've shared the new shortcuts here for anyone who needs them!

Apple is really getting on my nerves right now.
You can see in the output of the shortcut that the correct ‘text’ is being displayed. In this case, ‘Week 16’.
However, it doesn't open the note ‘Week 16’, but the note ‘18 April’.
