I don't want to require that my Reminder/Next Action text is in my note. And, because Notes shares not just the content of the note, but the rich text (if on Mac) and the images and the pdfs and the attachments, using the standard Share to Reminders intention yields inconsistent results (sometimes, Reminders isn't available at all, like when you have some embedded files in the note).
It's a bit more precious than it needs to be, but my approach ensures I can links notes to reminders to contacts to events with minimal steps that are consistent, no matter what I have in my note.
