Hi everyone,
my name is Kai. I’ve been using Apple Notes for quite a while, but I never really found a good organizational system that worked for me. Recently, I discovered Forever Notes, went through the documentation and the workshop, and I really like it so far. It brings a lot of structure and clarity to my notes, and it simply feels good to use.
However, I’m still relatively new to Forever Notes and I’m facing a practical challenge:
How do you handle notes that serve mainly as “reference” or “archive” material?
For example:
a note where I store an address,
a snippet of code I want to reuse as a template,
a good website related to topic XY,
or similar pieces of information that I want to keep but don’t actively work on.
How do you organize these?
Do you use tags for this purpose? If so, how do you avoid ending up with an overwhelming number of tags?
I would love to hear how you approach this kind of long-term reference information within the Forever Notes system.
Thanks in advance!
