It was actually quite simple; I had the wrong format here (see screenshot).
I'll take a look at the separate window on mac, but my admin will have to grant me rights first for this.
The quarter thing seems to be a bit more complex.
Logically, it's simple: determine the current month; if the month is January, February, March, then it's quarter 1, and so on.
I just can't get it to work in Shortcuts.app.
