Didn't see if this has been covered but every 4 years the Next link for February 28th should point to February 29th and, correspondingly, the Back link for March 1st as well.
Since the Day notes represent multiple years i don't think this can be handled programmatically. So for just those 2 days I added a bit extra to the navigation bar.
