'Home' renames itself on my iPhone

I'm not sure why this is happening. I set up Forever Notes on my Mac. All good. But when I use my iPhone, the Home note calls itself 'New note'. It works as it should but this is an odd title - and I can't see how to change it. Any ideas?

Dkpippip Are you using the macOS 26 Beta version? I've seen this happen with one note.

An existing note on the Mac with name "A" has the name "B" on the iPhone? And you can't change the title of the note? Both absolutely illogical. Is that a joke?

If not: Restarted the apps? Iphone restarted? What if you just recreate the note once again?
