Help Needed: “Create ✱ Journal Notes in Apple Notes” Shortcut Not Working

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to use the “Create ✱ Journal Notes in Apple Notes” shortcut, but something seems to be broken—possibly in the code. When I run it, it doesn't work as expected.

I've attached a screenshot of the shortcut as it appears in the Apple Shortcuts app.
Could someone please help me identify what's wrong or how to fix it?

I don't think the question can be answered based on the information provided. Why the screenshot if it only shows a small part of the content of the shortcut in question? Talking about a "does not work", but not giving any indication of what happens, possibly what error message is displayed?

Is it at least the official shortcut?
