Maximum attachments reached in Notes

Hi! I've been using Apple Notes for 3 years now, and often I've found this problem. When I want to add to many photos to a single note, like a Recipe note (for all my desserts, for example) or a note about all the books I read, I always found this problem. It seems that there is no an specific limit (I have checked that each note must not exceed 250mb, if you dont want to find this limit).

So, my question is, how would you solve this problem? Some people have solved it like resizing the images to lose weigh, other simply splite all the information in several notes (but, several notes I think it is more tedious because when more notes you have, more notes you will tend to forget, to lose, to not revise and get overwhelmed. Also, when more notes, Apple Notes will work worse).

To sum up: if you want all the information in one single note, what would you do? Thanks and sorry for my bad English 🙁

I experienced this too. When I once tried to scan a book chapter with the scan function in Notes, it stopped at around 24-25 scanned pages. I forwarded my desire to Apple Support at the time. If all those affected were to do this, perhaps this limit would already have been lifted.

How to deal with this in general? I would not try to bend a notes app into a file system and rather save file attachments that exceed a few pages on a file system. The approach @Shaun depicts appears to be quite intriguing.

I use https://hookproductivity.com to create dynamic links to documents, images, voice recordings, ect. Then I keep those files in Finder and get to them easily through the note.

It's not the best system, but it's the best I've found that avoid stuffing the Notes app with things outside of texting and links. Also, it's Mac only, so if you want parity on iPhone or iPad, you will not have it.

You can use the iCloud share link to accomplish the same thing, but it's a lot more cumbersome and I did not like it.
