Journal installation error message re: tags and email

Hello. I am getting an error message regarding tags and mail accounts. I can't find a way around it. When deploying the shortcut to install journal notes I get this:

I think it is referring to the icloud account associated with the Notes installation. That is required (I believe) for the Notes to be available across my devices.

Suggestions? I couldn't find any other references to this error in the forum.

If you’re not using iCloud Notes as the default:

Go to System Settings → Internet Accounts
Disable “Notes” syncing for Gmail, Exchange, etc. (optional)
Then go to System Settings → Notes
Under “Default Account”, choose iCloud

I am using iCloud notes as default and no other email account is associated with Notes as far as I can tell. I had a n old Comcast account but even after deleting it the installation does not proceed past the tagging step.

Ghost in the machine. I spotted two instances of the icloud account in the Notes settings. Switched from one to the other and ran the shortcut again. Everything installed as expected. Not sure what is up with 2 accounts in the settings dropdown but back on track now.
