I have been a paying Bear user for years and just set up Forever Notes' Journal in Bear. To save other people from having to go through the tedious process of linking all journal notes, I exported all notes in Markdown (.md) format so that you can import them including all links.

The following notes are included in the download:
- 1x ✱ Home
- 12x ✱ Month
- 4x ✱ Quarter
- 366x Days (including Leap Day)
For the import, open Bear's desktop version and click on File → Import Notes… (macOS version), select all files in each respective folder (e.g. Days, Months, …) and make sure that the option “Use first line as title (txt, md, textbundle)” is active, as seen below:
