Community Tip: Keyboard Shortcuts for Navigational Shortcuts

Our community member @dgalloway shared a fantastic productivity tip that bridges the gap between mobile and desktop usage of Forever Notes:

Create keyboard shortcuts for your navigational Shortcuts:
- Open Home Note: ⇧⌘H
- Open Today's Note: ⇧⌘D

They chose "D" for the Today's Note shortcut because "T" was already assigned to reopen closed tabs, and they were familiar with "D" representing Daily Notes from Obsidian.

These shortcuts reduce friction when accessing your notes. Opening your Home Note or Today's Note becomes instantaneous, making it easier to quickly capture or retrieve information.

I use my Mac almost exclusively via shortcuts. That's why I don't find this revolutionary. These keyboard shortcuts are also already assigned to me. But I agree, that keyboard shortcuts can oftenly save a few process steps and hence time.
