Reference and resource management

Hi,
I've started implementing the Forever ✱ Notes system.
I found the videos extremely well-made, and the ideas rich.
I like the combination of minimalism and sophistication.
I'm passionate about note-taking and organisation, so this particularly interested me.

I have a question:
How do you manage your resources and references?
I've used Airtable a lot to store bookmarks and other references.
I'd like to import them into Apple Notes, as I'm thinking of leaving Airtable in the medium term, for various reasons (especially to unify my documentation).

If I take, for example, my "References" table (it's mainly bookmarks, but not only), I'm hesitant about having one big note for all the bookmarks, or "splitting" each resource/bookmark into a separate note (the preferred solution, but it multiplies the number of notes!)
(The idea is to structure the information like this: Link Title, URL, Note, Type or Tag)

What do you think?

Similarly, I store movies or TV programs I want to watch there (often with broadcast deadlines, and of course, Airtable lets me sort programs by "due date," which isn't possible with Apple Notes.)
What are some "tips" for this kind of situation?

That depends on personal focus. If you want to have everything in Apple Notes:

Idea (for):

Movies: A note with a table with the appropriate headings to the order of the film titles etc.,
Resources and references: One hub for "resources and references" containing matching sub-part subdivision for the individual content categories.

My maxim is the triad of simplification, effectiveness, efficiency. Which is why, for example, I would not try to put items to remind on in a note, either directly in the calendar or in Apple Reminders. I also refrain from forcing Apple Notes to be a file system(as this is not what is this compiled for > expectability of disfunctions / performance issues some day).

"File system," do you mean with lots of attachments?
No, I'm still using my file system in the Finder!
In fact, I don't currently have any attachments in my Apple Notes.

For movies, I'll simply have a single note with all the movies I've seen (one per line), and (presumably) leave the movies I still need to watch outside of the notes, perhaps creating them in a dedicated list in Reminders (or leave them in Airtable). I have yet to experiment with this! 😉

For links and bookmarks, I've experimented a bit and I'm thinking of keeping (= report) them in Apple Notes (one ressource/link = one note).
Very convenient to have them at hand quickly and easily.
Airtable remains a great app, but in the mobile version, finding information quickly remains impractical.
Perhaps I'll make an exception to F*N and have a "hard" folder to store them.
I would have found it practical if we could adopt the gallery view not at the global level, but by collection or folder (which would have allowed us to display the bookmarks, with their preview, in a very practical visual way).

File System: Finder, yes.
Movies: Now you talk about movies SEEN; prior it was ( or at least I understood) TO BE seen -which changes the subject.

However, I don't understand what you mean by one note per bookmark, when you could conglomerate hundreds of bookmarks in one note.

In Airtable, I have a "Movies" table, and AT's features allow me to store/sort movies I've seen and movies to watch, with practical features for each case.
With, for example, different views (to watch, seen, sorted by due dates, color codes, etc., etc.), the possibilities are endless.
My initial question failed to specify this.

For bookmarks, that was the question I initially asked myself (and the forum!).
But putting all the bookmarks in a note ultimately seems very impractical to me.
By separating them (it's a few hundred items), I can tag them and find them much more efficiently. And add information if necessary.
