Note workflow with F✱N?

I'm new to Apple notes and F✱N (and Apple in general for that matter) - but really like what I've seen from watching Mathias' YouTube videos…. It really looks like what I've been looking for for a note app.

I've created all of the frame work, but not sure exactly how to integrate my workflow into it. For example, assume I'm heading into a meeting with one of my customers at Bob's Bird Feeders, and want to create a new note for this meeting. I'm assuming I'd have it tagged #BBF and maybe #MettingNotes or something similar. Now, do I create a Hub or Collection (or both) for #BBF and my other tags?

How do I use the Framework to track my meetings, tasks that those meetings generate, etc? If there's another tutorial that I missed, or other reference material that someone could point me to, I'd be eternally greatful.

One possibility: Assuming you already have a hub for important customers you might have sections in that hub note for each of y our important customers or you might have links from that hub to dedicated sub-hubs for important customers. In either case, it is easy to create a linked note from the section of sub-hun to track information about the meeting in question (using the >> shortcut) and a back link to the hub/sub-bub.

e.g. >>Meeting With BBF on MM/DD/YY

Thank you for your reply - after watching the YT and reading through Mathias' setup guide, I think the lightbulb finally clicked on. A Hub, is just a note, that has links to other notes. In my case from the Home page, I'd have a Link to "BBF", and when I begin my meeting with Bob, I start a new note by linking from the BBF page. and then from the new note, create links back to ✱ Home and ✱ BBF

In my case, I think the Journal portion is way out of scope, and was confusing me by making me think everything started from a specific day…. perhaps, down the road, but not really what I'm looking for now

I second @James-Ashby s hint. Once you have followed the flow of this approach for a few days, it will become (more) logical.

As far as I'm concerned, except for the journaling part as well, @NormanNewguy. I can't do anything with it either due to the existence of dedicated and therefore far more powerful apps for calendar handling and journaling.
