Hi there! I’ve always found it helpful to track my mood each day during my reflections (journaling), so I recently came up with a simple, aesthetic way to keep track of my mood over the course of a month. With my system, I use the “✱” and highlight it the color corresponding to my mood that day. The colors are loosely based off of what the Health app offers for mood tracking, ranging from Very Unpleasant (Red), Unpleasant (Orange), Neutral (Green/Mint), Pleasant (Blue), and Very Pleasant (Purple). This method helps me see my mood trends over the month and allows me to return to specific days to reflect and understand what made it a Pleasant or Unpleasant day.
