Profile Picture in Forevernotes forum?

Unfortunately setting a profile picture for the forum account is kinda cumbersome. Clicking on my forum profile photo immediately displays a link to gravatar. So I have created a profile there, but that does not push to my forum account here. What do I miss to simply setup a profile picture for my forum account?

tr4jan it only works, if your email registered at Gravatar is the same email you use for your account in this forum.

Obviously having someone to create a third party account for just having the basic opportunity to run an avatar is more cumbersome than it appeared at first.

I just disabled the Gravatar plugin. I didn’t know you had to use Gravatar with this plugin. I thought you could use it in addition to uploading your own avatar. So, you should be able to upload your own avatar now!
